Pan-Seared Lemon Sole

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    this was very good but I made one change -- instead of slicing and cooking the lemon, I added the juice of the lemon at the end of the cooking with the capers. Delicious - even my 3-yr old ate it. Served with sour cream mashed potatoes and sugar snap peas. Will definitely make again.
