  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 4 (6-ounce) grouper fillets (about 1 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray
  • Sweet Ginger Relish
