- 4 (6- to 8-oz.) flat iron steaks
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How to Make It
Trim steaks, if necessary. Combine Italian seasoning and next 4 ingredients; rub over steaks.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add steaks, and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes.
