The apple with the pork is perfect! Since it cooks in stages, I had each stage set up on a place ready to be thrown into the pot which made it easier. I also didn't have an ovenproof skillet, so I cooked it entirely in a giant soup type pot and it turned out great! Cooked it in about the same amount of time.
