This was incredibly good! I increased the amount of tomato (seeded, which the recipe didn't call for)in the salsa, & broiled the salmon for about 14 minutes. I was worried that the spice rub would be too hot for the kids, but they really liked it (I did use ancho chili instead of chipolte). I would definitely make this again, serve to guests & put it in our regular rotation, especially in the summer with fresh peppers & tomatoes.

This was fantastic. I grilled the red bell pepper before chopping it up for the salsa and served the whole thing with rice; that was it! :) It's fantastic and I would totally make it for company. Now if only salmon were cheaper, it would be a regular dish in our household.

This is one of my go to recipes now for a healthy meal! I recommend buying fresh salmon (i think that always makes a big difference) and it's better with super ripe tomatoes which can be tough in the winter. It's got a great flavor. I've served it with cilantro rice - just add cilantro/lime to taste! YUM YUMY YUM!

I made this for Valentine's Day, and to top it off, I cut little hearts out of the red peppers and put those on top of the salsa on top of the salmon. I served it with roasted beets (which I also cut into heart shapes) and buttermilk biscuits (yes, also hearts). It was a big hit with my family of four.

awesome! added green and yellow peppers to the red. cucumber too. made a great chip salsa with the leftovers !!!!

Both my husband and I were in awe as to how tasty this dish is. Felt like we were out in a fancy restaurant only I was the chef. A definite keeper!!
