Absolutely amazing. The sauce is the star. It's not right for Cooking Light come up with such delicious food and then expect us to eat so little of it! :) You can read my full review at: http://bit.ly/I8qXrO

Even my usually-picky, don't-make-me-eat-sauces-or-condiments husband LOVED this sauce. Surprisingly easy and ridiculously yummy!

The sauce is amazing. The second time I made this I doubled the sauce because my husband loved it so much! We also made the flank steak on the grill.

My husband grilled the steak on the grill. I used regular soy sauce and half and half, which made the sauce overly salty and not as rich. Next time I'd make it with the lower-sodium soy sauce and heavy whipping cream.

this recipe is wonderful! It pleased not only my teenagers, my eleven year old son, and my husband. Which is nearly impossible. Just absolutely a cinch to make and just delicious. I grilled it and served with mashed potatoes and balsamic roasted vegetables.

The sauce was amazing. I would definitely double it next time! The only change I made was to replace the heavy whipping cream with 1/2&1/2. Grilled the flank steak on the barbecue rather than the stove. Will be making this one again.

The sauce rocks and works so well with the meat! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

I make this sauce (double recipe) almost every time we have steak. To avoid over-saltiness, I do NOT salt the steak before cooking. Also, using low-sodium soy sauce is key. Perfect every time!

This is a great change from the same old every night. I added 1 tbsp of wasabi paste to the sauce to give it a little extra kick and flavor. Delicious!

This was delicious. Did the meat on the grill. Hot 500 degree over direct heat. 3 - 4 min per side worked for med-rare. Sauce was simple. Didn't have anything but regular soy sauce so used that. This made the sauce super salty. Once it was on meat it was very good but I would use low sodium soy sauce for sure next time. Portion size seems to be the way this recipe hits "light" status as 3 oz of meat seems on the small size especially for my carnivor husband. Used a 12 oz flank steak and divided meat and sauce between two. This could have served 3 but barely.

The sauce was a little salty, but works perfect with the garlic mashed potatoes they suggest as a side. I replaced the whipping cream with regular 1% milk and didn't miss the extra fat at all.
