Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 4 ears shucked corn
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. 1. Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add corn to pan; cook 8 minutes, turning frequently.
  2. 2. Place butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until butter melts. Stir in chile powder, rind, pepper, and salt. Brush butter mixture over corn.
