Five stars - delicious and light - with one adjustment to the recipe. If you like crispy french toast, leave the sugar out of the egg batter so that you can cook it long enough to make the toast crispy before it burns. Then sprinkle a little extra sugar on top. Also let the strawberries set longer so they make a good amount of "syrup." Yumm.

This receipe was light and delicious. Easy to make. The family really enjoyed it. I've made 2 weekends in a row. Yum.
