Ingredients
- 1/2 cup minced peeled English cucumber
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sake (rice wine)
- 1/2 teaspoon minced shallots
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 16 shucked oysters
Preparation
- 1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir gently. Chill 15 minutes. Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons cucumber mixture over each oyster.
