- 3 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops hot sauce
- 1 (12-ounce) container Select oysters, drained
How to Make It
Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Add onion, green pepper, and celery; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except oysters; stir well.
Place oysters in a well-greased 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish. Spread bacon mixture over oysters. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until oyster edges curl.
