  • 1/3 cup champagne vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed black peppercorns
  • 2 slices cooked and crumbled center-cut bacon
  • 12 oysters on the half shell
