Oxtails

Ingredients

  • pinch(s) black pepper (Sprinkle)
  • pinch(s) salt (Sprinkle)
  • 1 whole(s) bell peppers
  • 1 whole(s) green onions
  • 1 tomato sauce (small can)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 drop(s) Gravy Master

Preparation

Open package of oxttails brown in pot with margine add salt & pepper. When the oxtails brown remove from pot drain the juice and return the oxtails to the pot add 3 spoonfuls of the juice (using a big spoon). Then add garlic, onions, green pepper and tomato sauce. NOTE: Add a couple of drops of Gravy Master to give the gravy a brown color. Tomato sauce will make it red. cook for three hours or until the meat falls of the bone serve with white rice and vegetables.
