This is a bright, fresh dish and goes with anything. The fresher the beans, the better the result.

These were good, but very basic. They were a bit crunchy but I also cooked them at a lower temperature, due to oven space on Thanksgiving. I did like that they were a green, fresh, and healthy addition to the holiday table.

This is the "little black dress" of green vegetables--goes with absolutely anything, right for any occasion!

A great twist on green beans. Watch the cooking time though; they were done much more quickly.

Really good, but the appearance was a real turn off to my kids.

Really delicious and so easy! Gobbled up by my non-green bean eating husband and our 3 year-old. A total winner!

Always a hit and too easy to make! This recipe has become a Thanksgiving staple and can be made at the last minute as the turkey is being carved. I add a teaspoon or 2 of roasted garlic puree, cutting the oil down, tossing and then roasting per the recipe. The roasted garlic really jazzes up the string beans.

GREAT! I added some bacon to this and it flavored it nicely!

I'm trying to eat a minimum 80% plant-based meals.....So always looking for ways to incorporate delicious, healthy vegtable recipes into my menus. Made these yesterday & they are definitely my new favourite green bean recipe. Awesome flavor, easy to prepare....Mmmm. I like them cold or hot out of the oven. Took some to work for my lunch & let my coworkers try them...Not one person didn't want the recipe. Now to try them on my Son & Grandkids....Don't deprive your family of a delicious Green Bean side dish or snack. I did add a sprinkle of Lemon Pepper once on the pan.

These were great! Very easy and good. I've made them several times.

Meh... These weren't bad, but I've had better roasted green beans. Time and temp seem a bit off. Not generally a fan of Cooks Illustrated, but many years back they had a roasted green beans article with several roasted green beans recipes. Those were far better.

Awesome, flavorful recipe. Since I needed to use other veggies I had on hand, I also added slices of mini peppers (yellow, red & orange), sliced shallots and sliced carrots. It was wonderful & colorful. Now it's a part of regular veggie side dish selection.
