Oven-Roasted Asparagus With Thyme

Excellent and easy! Received lots of raves from husband, teenager, and mother. Added a few pieces of thinly sliced garlic but not sure how much of a difference it made. Cooking time will depend on thickness of spears so check early. Served for Easter with Crown Roast of Pork and Apple and Sausage Stuffing.

Very flavorful. I left a few garlic slices in the pan. Family loved it and asks for it often.

My family loves this recipe - a husband that hates most vegetables and a 2 year old! I add a little more garlic than what it calls for, but the thyme is what makes the difference.
