4 medium baking potatoes
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt or to taste


Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 30 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Peel the potatoes and slice into strips (roughly the same size to ensure even cooking). Liberally coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange potato strips in a single layer.

3. Drizzle potatoes with the olive oil and sprinkle them with salt. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
