Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) celery seeds
- 2 teaspoon(s) fennel seeds
- freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/2 cup(s) low-fat ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
- 1 tablespoon(s) paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 cup(s) whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup(s) whole wheat bread crumbs
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Coat chops in ranch dressing. Place the chops on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake until browned and cooked though, about 12 minutes
