  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) celery seeds
  • 2 teaspoon(s) fennel seeds
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup(s) low-fat ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 cup(s) whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup(s) whole wheat bread crumbs


  1. Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Coat chops in ranch dressing. Place the chops on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake until browned and cooked though, about 12 minutes
