- 1 cup finely crushed cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (2 1/2-to 3-pound) broiler-fryer, cut up
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
How to Make It
Combine cracker crumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well. Dip chicken in butter; dredge in crumb mixture, and place in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Note: To achieve a golden color, dredge chicken in finely crushed corn flakes.
