Heat oven to 425. Melt butter in a 13" x 9" baking dish. Stir together flour, paprika, salt, and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in dish. Bake 35 min; turn chicken. Bake about 15 min. longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
Sometimes I sprinkle in some grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder or garlic pepper, onion powder.
