- 1-1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1-1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 breast Remove skin
- 4 thighs Remove skin
- Heat oven to 425. Melt butter in a 13" x 9" baking dish. Stir together flour, paprika, salt, and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in dish. Bake 35 min; turn chicken. Bake about 15 min. longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
- Sometimes I sprinkle in some grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder or garlic pepper, onion powder.
