I used 50% wheat flour and had good results. I had never grilled pizza dough before but it was quick and easy. This is one of the better pizza dough recipes that I have tried.

First time making pizza dough and first time grilling pizza - both were a huge success. This recipe is simple, easy, and the end result tastes fantastic.
