We loved this orzo recipe. I made it exactly as written. I served it with the Grilled Pork Chops in the June 2013 issue of CL. Nice combo!

My family and I loved all the flavors in this recipe. It's quick to prepare for a few or a crowd. I added chopped kalamata olives and crumbled feta. The mix of textures, flavors and color make this a very appealing dish.
