Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 20 radishes, sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped

Preparation

  1. Stir together vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl. Add sliced radish and chopped bell pepper. Cover and chill 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
