I served this for company and it was a hit! Easy to make, light yet filling, this dish is a new staple.

This has become a staple. I omit the butter and just use olive oil. I like garlic, and recommend increasing the garlic. I also add chopped portobello mushrooms, which makes it a fabulous meal. It doesn't even seem like it's meatless.

i like the walnuts, but it's still a bit bland for my tastes. I added a little extra garlic as well. It could use some red pepper flakes.

The combination was great. I was worried about the walnuts burning, but they were perfect. Will definitely make again.

this was very good. my teenager liked it too, and that makes it outstanding !!! was something that i could make ahead of time.
