    Great recipe! I weighed the dough to make equal portions, then used my pizza roller. Worked well and I plan to use this as my standby tart dough in the future. Only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that I ended up with far too much filling. Next time, I will double the dough recipe. Also, I only had to cook for 10 mins rather than 20 in my gas oven.

    Let me start by saying that I am an experienced baker, and I have made tassies before. This dough was difficult to work with and came out tough, despite gentle, minimal handling. I think this is because of the fact that it is lower fat. Loved the orange flavor of the filling, though.
