Orange Vinaigrette

  • Yield: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

Whisk together first 5 ingredients; gradually whisk in olive oil until well blended.
