Orange-Sesame Salad Dressing

Try this dressing tossed with fresh baby spinach.

  • Yield: 1 1/2 cups (serving size: 4 teaspoons)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (about 2 large oranges)
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese hot mustard (such as Ty Ling brand)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl. Slowly drizzle oils into juice mixture, stirring constantly with a whisk.
