These were delicious. I ran out of sour cream so I used 3/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup yogurt with strawberries for the rolls and for the topping plain yogurt and they turned out great.

Rmtorino, My son made a non orange yeast crescent roll in school, then we made it at home for Thanksgiving. He had to do over two days for school. They did the 1 and a quarter hour rising in the refrigerator as an overnight (23 hours for them, 12 hours for us), then punched it, the 5 minute rest, and rolled it to continue the recipe. Worked very well.

These are definitely worth the time! I didn't change anything but I think I'll cut back on the sugar in the filling and the glaze next time. I'd also make less glaze, too. I took them to a potluck picnic and folks seemed to really like them. They taste more like dessert than rolls!

this is one of my favorite dessert ever. It takes really long to make them but like everyone says worth the time. the only thing i had to do was make more of the sugar filling otherwise it was fine. I would recommend this recipe to anyone.
