Orange and Olive Salad

    excellent salad, I used spinach since I had it on hand. I added the juice of 1/2 a lime and the zest of 1 orange and the juice remaining after segmenting the oranges to the dressing, without this extra juice I think you need to reduce the oil.

    This was fantastic! My husband and I both loved it. I even made a point of finding all of the exact ingredients it calls for and this was the first time we've ever had oil cured olives. What a great decision because the olives were the perfect touch. Next time if I have some I'll even throw in a few grape tomatoes on top for added color.
