Ingredients

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups torn Bibb lettuce
1 cup fresh orange sections
1/2 cup sliced fennel bulb
1 ounce oil-cured olives, halved

Preparation

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently.
