Easy, fast and chops are very tender! This has become the go-to pork chop recipe.

Delicious! Even my 14 year old who swears she hates pork loved it! Easy enough for a weeknight meal.

We loved the flavor of this sauce - with a little extra marmalade and a bit of orange zest, and another pinch of salt at the end to get the flavor I wanted after adding the lime juice. This is easy to put together and really nice result. I look forward to making it again.

The family loved it! I did not have OJ so used apple cider, worked great! Served on a bed of rice. Sweet and savory!

This is an AMAZING recipe! easy week night meal that is so flavorful and easy to make! I think next time I will add garlic to this, but other than that… this is a keeper. Made this with cauliflower mash and kale for a great meal!

I made half the pork but all the sauce & veges (as I usually do with cooking light). It was delicious!

Very good recipe. Followed it fairly closely but used Simply Orange OJ rather than fresh-squeezed, as well as a mixture of dijon and horseradish mustards because I did not have whole grain mustard on hand. I also added a bit of lime zest at the end when I was adding the lime juice to the sauce. The sauce has a great flavor and the onion and rosemary add a nice taste. Will definitely be making this one again!

I over cooked my chops, which in turn gave me partially burnt sauce (what little sauce there was);-/. However, even with those issues, I could still taste how good this would be, had I not burnt it and doubled the sauce. Will try and review again (double your sauce!).

Such a great dish! My only problem was that our butcher was out of bone-in chop so I just cut down on my cooking time and watched my thermometer. Wonderful dish that I will make time and time again!!!

Really appreciated all the wonderful citrus in this recipe. Also liked the mustard in the glaze.

We loved the recipe - tweaked a bit and instead of a quick roast at 425, we braised them at 325 for 11/2 hours with a bit more of the juice mixture & rosemary - delicious!!!

I made this because I liked the picture. As it turned out, it was easy and really delicious. Fancy enough for company, easy enough to make any night. My husband said it was the best pork chop he'd ever eaten. The pork chops were so tender and moist and juicy. Great flavor from the citrus. This is a "must make again" recipe. It's definitely going in my permanent file.

These were quite tasty! Could only find 1/2 inch thick pork chops but felt I had to still cook same time due to red onion. If made with thicker pork chops I could see it may need a bit more sauce. Served with CL's Cauliflower Mash and Apple Salad with Mustard Dressing. Will definitely make again.

Our family was looking for a new recipe, and this definitely satisfied everyone. This recipe requires using thick-cut chops. Didn't have ground mustard so we subbed deli-style brown mustard but still made for a fabulous sauce. Will serve this again!

These went over big! I bought boneless pork chops from my local CSA that were just amazing! These had a lot of flavor....I think the only thing I would do a little different is make two times the sauce....otherwise, this is the perfect recipe!

Very good. Could have browned the chops a bit more, but the flavor was delicious!
