Served this at a party recently and people were seeking me out for the recipe. It was served as an appetiser, but was a sweet one. It didn't seem to deter anyone from esting it. I served it with imported gingersnaps.
Orange Marmalade-Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 cup whipped cream
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer, stir in orange marmalade. Fold in whipped cream.
