Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Steam the Brussels sprouts, covered, 15 minutes or until tender. Drain Brussels sprouts, and return to pan. Add orange rind, orange juice, salt, and pepper; cook over medium heat 1 minute, stirring constantly.
