2 tablespoons butter or stick margarine
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon imitation orange extract
Dash of dried thyme
1 1/2 pounds baby carrots
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 375°.
Place butter in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave at high 20 seconds or until melted. Stir in honey and the next 5 ingredients (honey through thyme).
Place carrots in a 1-quart casserole, and pour honey mixture over carrots. Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour or until tender.
