Worthy of a Special Occasion

This recipe was really easy and a big hit with my husband and 3 year old. It has a nice flavor - great for a quick weeknight meal.

Worthy of a Special Occasion

I love this recipe! I gave it 3 out of 5 b/c even though it has great flavor and is easy to make, it's not exactly something I'd serve company as it doesn't have great presentation. This is a great meal for summer or winter nights and is very low-maintenance.
