Orange-Ginger Shrimp Skewers

Loved these shrimps with the oranges and ginger. Went well with the Longevity noodles and the Lion's Head meatballs. Served at a party, received favourable comments and how surprised they were in liking the roasted oranges. Blood oranges were used, my mistake but is just as good.

Very good and simple to create. Served with red and green pepper kabobs. Next time will make additional marinade and reduce to serve as dipping sauce.

We had shrimp on hand but didn't have any lemons or limes which are your typical marinade bases. I searched for an orange based recipe and came across this one. It is DELICIOUS!! We'll definitely come back to this recipe again. Would be great for a BBQ, especially if you wanted to serve a few different types of shrimp with very different flavors.
