The recipe is excellent -- great texture, easy to make. I've made the rolls twice -- once as suggested and once with half the amount of fennel suggested. In the original recipe the fennel overpowers the orange. So I would suggest reducing the amount of fennel to 1/2 teaspoon from 1 teaspoon unless you really, really like fennel leave it at 1 teaspoon.
