  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup(s) orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 1/4 cup(s) flour
  • 1 orange juice and rind
  • 1 tablespoon(s) margarine melted
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

1. Beat Crisco and sugar

2. Add and beat until smooth: egg, sour cream, orange juice

3. Add and beat baking powder, baking soda, salt

4. Add and beat flour

5. Bake at 350 for 7-8 on greased sheet

For icing: combine orange, margarine, powdered sugar
