- 1 (1-lb.) package crinkle-cut carrots
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Place carrots and 3 Tbsp. water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap; fold back a small edge to allow steam to escape. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes or until tender. Drain. Stir together orange marmalade, curry powder, and salt. Toss gently with hot carrots.
