Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 6 tablespoon(s) margarine
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 4 cup(s) whipped topping
- 6 ounce(s) package orange gelatin
- 1 cup(s) boiling water
- 1 cup(s) cold water
- 1 pint(s) orange sherbert
- 1 can(s) crushed pineapple drained
- 1 can(s) mandarin oranges drained
Preparation
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and margarine. Cover bottom of 13 X 9 cake pan with the graham cracker mixture. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes and let cool. Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Blend in whipped topping. Layer over crust. Chill throroughly. Prepare topping and layer over cream cheese mixture. TOPPING: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water then add cold water. Fold in orange sherbert. Add pineapple and mandarin oranges. Layer over cream cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly.
