Ingredients

  • 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 (6-ounce) reduced-fat graham cracker crust
  • Orange Glaze (optional)
  • Garnish: orange rind curls

Preparation

  1. Beat softened ice cream and mandarin oranges at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Spoon into piecrust. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm. Serve with Orange Glaze, if desired. Garnish, if desired.
