Orange-Cream Cheese Glaze

2 tablespoons 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons 1% low-fat milk


Beat the cream cheese and orange rind at medium speed of a mixer until well-blended. Add sugar and milk, and beat at low speed until well-blended.
