Orange-Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons 1% low-fat milk

How to Make It

  1. Beat the cream cheese and orange rind at medium speed of a mixer until well-blended. Add sugar and milk, and beat at low speed until well-blended.
