Orange-Cream Cheese Frosting

Yield: Makes 2 cups
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur*
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Beat softened cream cheese and orange liqueur at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
- *2 tablespoons orange juice may be substituted.
