just ok. I eyeballed the orange juice and i think I ended up putting in too much, which when I drained the mix out onto the cookie sheet a lot of the spices stayed with the bowl and didnt make it onto the pecans. Doesnt have as strong of a taste as I thought but still good enough to serve to a crowd.

I thought these were great. The perfect combination of sweet, spicy, and a little bit of tang. I used cayenne pepper instead of chipotle (the only bottle i could find was $6). The cranberries are a perfect combination, and I would probably add more next time. They accent the pecans perfectly.

Small effort for rave reviews! I doubled the cranberries. My guests at our holiday open house loved them.

I made these nuts for a Thanksgiving snack and they went over great with my cousins and my Grandma! We were all surprised at how the orange flavor really came through. I would recommend that when you mix the egg white, whip it until it's frothy. This will leave a crispier coating on the nuts which is very tasty. I would add more cranberries as well. GREAT snack for the holidays. I'll be giving them as gifts to coworkers!

LOVED this -- sweet, spicy, fruity in just the right mix. Only change I made to the recipe is that I added a little bit of ground coriander (and added a little more salt the second time I made it). I used a little of this to spice up a salad, too. This will be a regular holiday treat!

These are amazing! So quick, easy, and tasty! I have made these a few times this holiday season and everyone who tries them is surprised by the intense flavor. A keeper for sure!

This recipe is awesome. I didn't have any chipotle seasoning so I used Cheyenne pepper instead (which is a little spicier - yum) I also used dried cherries and added them right away to the nut mixture and baked these also. I've made three batches of these already and tonight I made double the recipe - these are so good.

The best! I think it's worth it to get the Chipotle Pepper, it really adds a unique flavor to the nut mix. We had these on our hors d'oeuvres table and I swear people ate more of these nuts than anything else. The cranberries give it a nice tang and balance the spice out perfectly. As an added bonus, they make the house smell really holiday-y!

This was a hit Christmas Eve. The slight kick is nice. My father who usually claims everything above ketchup is spicy, even liked it. I doubled the recipe to set out before dinner for a group of 6. It was all eaten. I didn't have enough pecans, so I used walnuts too. I think any nut would work!

Pecan prices finally became affordable so decided to try these. We can't stop eating them. A perfect balance of sweet and spicy, definately get the Chipotle ! Will be making these as gifts and to have on hand for company.

Great combination of citrus and chipotle tastes, nicely highlighted by the dried cranberries. Easy to make.
