I made this recently. First, you need really good ricotta. I mixed mine with honey. Made all the difference. I would run this thru a food processor in the future to get it really smooth. Also, while the dessert was perfect as is I would suggest adding a cookie crumble of biscotti vanilla or a vanilla shortbread to it. The balance would be amazing. Scoop into cute little glasses too for something that is stunning. If I had n ot added the honey to the ricotta and I know that made a difference, I'd give 5 stars.
