Orange, Banana, and Pineapple Frappé

A frappé is similar to a breakfast smoothie, but it's made mostly with fruits instead of dairy products. It's sweet enough to serve as a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cups banana chunks (about 3 medium bananas)
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup orange sections (about 1 medium orange)
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon flaked sweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
