  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange sections (about 3 large)
  • 3/4 cup chopped peeled avocado
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

How to Make It
