Opposing-Sides Two-Bean Dip

    This is a really good recipe. I did have trouble with the Great Northern bean mixture being too thick so I diluted it with some lemon juice and then a little water. Also, I did heat it in the microwave to a warm temperature and melted cheese.

    I just cooked this up for the superbowl. It's super easy to make. However, without some "doctoring up" this is a dull dish. I suggest fresh squeezed lemon for both dips and a few shakes of cayanne pepper for the black bean dip. I also put the finished dish in the oven to melt the cheese- much tastier! Good dip- needs some extra flourish

    This was really bland for our tastes. Needed a lot of doctoring up to be edible. Ended up having to serve it with a jar of chili queso dip to make it exciting (gross, in my opinion).

    These dips were a bit bland, but I served them with herbed pita chips so there was a little added kick there. Easiest dips to throw together and my hubby loved them. Would make again for snacking!
