Open-Faced Steak, Pear, and Gorgonzola Sandwiches

It doesn't taste bad....just an odd combination of flavors. I won't make this again.

I think this recipe has potential, but as is it just seems like the flavors are off. I like all of the ingediants, but I did not like them together.

My husband and I enjoyed this meal! We doubled the cheese and have also used feta... all together .. so good!

This is a simple healthy meal! It's so delicious on a hot summer day!!
