Open-Faced Mediterranean Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (6 oz. ea.) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup drained and chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon small capers, rinsed and drained
  • romaine lettuce leaves
  • 6 slices whole wheat bread

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce and bread in medium bowl. Arrange lettuce on bread, then top with tuna mixture.

Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
