Open-Faced Mediterranean Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 cans (6 oz. ea.) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
- 1/4 cup drained and chopped roasted red peppers
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon small capers, rinsed and drained
- romaine lettuce leaves
- 6 slices whole wheat bread
Preparation
- 1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce and bread in medium bowl. Arrange lettuce on bread, then top with tuna mixture.
- Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
